Pandan Leaf (Screwpine)
Screwpine or pandan leaf is well known in preparations of traditional cakes among Malaysians, also as flavouring and fragrance. It is also used in preparing traditional bath or ointment. Almost all houses in Malaysian villages have pandan planted in their compound. This plant can grow easily in damp and wet area.
